Four-week telephone support program, to teach you a simple way to manifest the life you dream about.
The first session is a hour-long, we devise a plan of action:
What we are going to work on over the next four weeks. They say "it takes 21 days to create a new habit",
so the first 7 days are to prepare and really decide what you want.
The first week we focus on observing our thoughts, good /bad, we just observe and we work with Eagle.
We realize that past thinking has contributed to past problems. We learn to change our thoughts to a better place. Positive thinking leads to positive living.
The second week we focus on what we are saying, good/bad, we just listen and
we work with coyote.
We realize that past talking has contributed to past problems, we learn to change what we say and how we say it. Positive talking leads to positive living.
The third week we focus on your physical self, body image and we work with Bear. Positive self image leads to loving yourself as your better future image.
The four week we focus on your spiritual self, what do you want to know about yourself, the inner you. Your inner child, past lives., we clear what needs to be cleared and soul retrieval.
We agree that "going within" and asking yourself the answer is the "only way forward." By now you will have learnt to be aware of your thoughts, words, beliefs and feel more in control, creating a new confident and empowered self.
This was designed to get people up and running creating and producing quick fun and often magically results by focusing attention for one month on something you really want. Change old addictive behaviors that no longer serve you. I make each session great fun and full of personal information especially for you. Once you have achieved your goal you can use the tools, I'll teach you to do it again and again.

This can be extended for another four weeks, but by then you should be strong and centered with, a self help tool, an energy circle to continue the journey and teach manifesting to others, your children, family and friends.
